NATO GETS TOUGH

According to a headline on the FOX news website "NATO ships head to Somalia" 

I wonder what they did with the rest of the body!!

Note that there are multiple US warships already in the region attempting to deter pirates. Approximately 3 weeks ago a Russian warship was reportedly on its way to help deal with a Ukrainian vessel that had been seized by pirates who demanded 20 million dollars ransom. I do wonder whether the Russian ship was having difficulties getting there since it seems to have been in transit for a very long time.

Although it may seem extreme, I believe that there should be no ransom paid to any of the pirates and that military action against the pirates is warranted, even if some of the innocent captives are subsequently harmed. 

History has shown that paying Tribute leads to further demands for payments while exercising force once (or twice) usually ends such activity.
